You warrant that you are the legal owner or authorized user of the linked phone number and accept 100% sole legal responsibility for all messages, media, and data sent via this API.
Unsolicited messaging, bulk spam, harassment, or illegal message broadcasting is strictly prohibited. You agree to comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service and telecommunication laws.
The server developers, software maintainers, and platform hosts accept ZERO liability for account bans, suspensions, rate limits, or damages arising from API usage or misuse.
